Ingredients
- 45 ml Shiraz Gin
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 30 ml Egg White/Aquafaba or 10ml of Wonderfoam
- Garnish with sage leaf, dehydrated citrus wheel or dried rose petals
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Then add ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Double strain into a coupe.
- Lastly, garnish with a sage leaf, dehydrated citrus wheel or dried rose petals.
