Shiraz Gin Southside Fizz
Crisp, fruity and refreshing, this Shiraz Gin Southside Fizz is one of our favourite ways to mix up our Barossa Shiraz Gin. The perfect balance of strong, smooth and sweet.The zesty kick of the Ginger Beer and the tartness of the lime juice makes the berry flavours of the Barossa Shiraz Gin come to life. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a dehydrated Lime wheel.

Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves plus additional for garnish
- 30 mls lime juice
- 15 mls simple syrup
- 60 mls Barossa Shiraz Gin
- 90-120 mls of Capi Spicy Ginger Beer
- Ice for serving
- Dehydrated Lime wheel
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, simple syrup, and Barossa Shiraz Gin with a small amount of ice in a highball glass.
- Before adding the mint, slap it in your hand,a technique that expresses the oils in the leaf without destroying it.
- Mix it all together with a stirrer or bar spoon and fill your glass to the top with ice.
- Top up with Capi Spicy Ginger Beer and garnish with a mint sprig and a dehydrated Lime wheel. Enjoy!
