Nuked Negroni
A classic Italian cocktail, the Negroni is the quintessential “equal parts” mixed drink. The Nuked Negroni is a rapid infusion of this modern classic. This batched version of the classic Negroni features our Englishman Gin, Bitters and Sweet Vermouth, infused with rosemary, blackberries and a hint of citrus.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups The Englishman Gin
- 1 1/2 cups Campari
- 1 1/2 cups Sweet Vermouth
- 6 Blackberries
- 1 Grapefruit Peel
- 1 Sprig of Rosemary
- Orange twist to garnish
Instructions
- First add Englishman Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Blackberries, Grapefruit Peel and Rosemary to a closeable microwave container.
- Put the container in the microwave and blast at 600 watts for 3 minutes.
- Then allow to cool and filter.
- Lastly, serve over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
