Miss Maple Gin Pancakes

There is no better combination than pancakes and maple syrup! Test out your breakfast-making skills with this maple syrup and gin pancakes recipe using our Miss Maple Gin Liqueur. Sunday morning brunch never tasted so good!

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Miss Maple Gin
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter for cooking pancakes
  • Maple syrup, for serving


  1. Whisk butter, sugar, salt, and egg in medium bowl
  2. Whisk in milk and Miss Maple liqueur until combined. Add flour and baking powder to the bowl, then stir until smooth
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan until melted over medium-low heat
  4. Scoop 1/4 cup portions of batter into pan
  5. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes over and continue to cook until done
  6. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup
