Ingredients
- 30 ml Barossa Shiraz Gin
- 90 ml Capi Spicy Ginger Beer
- Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime and mint leaves.
Instructions
- Pour Barossa Shiraz Gin into your glass, fill with ice, top with Spicy Ginger Beer*
- Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime and mint leaves.
Notes
*To achieve the layered look and float your Barossa Shiraz Gin, first pour your Spicy Ginger Beer into your glass. Then hold a bar spoon upside down over the drink, resting the spoon’s tip on the inner edge of the glass and lastly pour your Barossa Shiraz Gin slowly onto the back of the spoon.
