The new 2025 release of our London Spirits Competition 2020 Gin of the Year. You can’t rush quality and it has been worth the wait. This Barrel Aged Gin release is once again a very limited, single barrel matured version of our Generations Gin. Aged in an old and rare Barossa fortified barrel, this Gin has developed layers of complex flavour that present a sophisticated sipping Gin. in some ways reminiscent of a lighter style Lowlands Whisky.
Aged for 5 years, the result is another sublime tasting, rich and complex ’Spirit of Barossa’. Our Barrel Aged delivers rich caramel, toffee, and hints of fruitcake with the long, reassuring flavours of Barossa Gin on the finish.
Drink as a Gin – a dash of Dry Ginger and a Squeeze of fresh lime or our personal preference as a Whisky, served simply over ice, a large slowly melting cube if you have them.
