WHITE NEGRONI
Bitter and bracing — as a good Negroni should be. The White Negroni is an undeniably elegant twist on the classic Negroni. Made with our Australian Garden Gin, this cocktail is full of flavour, both light and floral with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients
- 45 ml Australian Garden Gin
- 30 ml Lillet Blanc Apertif
- 15 ml Suze Liqueur
- Lemon twist
- Ice
Instructions
- Firstly pour Australia Garden Gin, Lillet Blanc and Suze into either a mixing glass or jug filled with ice.
- Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Then strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
- Lastly, garnish with lemon twist.
