APEROL GIN FIZZ
Light and citrusy, this Aperol Gin Fizz is a delicious easy-drinking cocktail. The botanicals of The Englishman Gin shine against the soda’s sparkle, creating a super refreshing drink.With only four ingredients, it’s incredibly simple to mix up! You can sweeten it up with a dash of Simple Syrup, or enjoy the freshness of The Englishman Gin, tart of the lime juice and the bitterness of the Aperol all on its own. Garnish with fresh or dehydrated lime.

Ingredients
- 30 ml of The Englishman Gin
- 30 ml of Aperol
- 30 ml of Lime Juice
- 15 ml of Simple Syrup optional
- 60 ml of Soda Water
- Lime edge to garnish
Instructions
- Firstly pour The Englishman Gin, Aperol, Lime Juice & Simple Syrup into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold to touch.
- Then double strain into a glass and top with soda.
- Lastly, garnish with a lime wedge or dehydrated lime wheel.
