OUR STORY

Founded in 2016 and located in the Barossa Valley, Australia – Barossa Distilling Co is an award-winning Australian distillery creating incredible spirits driven by great flavour and inspired by discovery.

Our story began as a craft gin distillery and has subsequently evolved into the worlds of vodka, liqueurs whisky, brandy, and cocktails. We strive to create uniquely Australian spirits, and therefore we take continual inspiration from the botanicals of the Barossa region.

Visit us at The Distillery, our Distillery Door Tasting Room & Cocktail Bar housed in the Old Penfolds Distillery at Provenance Barossa — rich with history with some of the oldest commercial stills in Australia.

Located just an hour’s drive from the Adelaide CBD, join us for an experience to remember, a guided tasting of our spirits, a cocktail-tasting paddle, or just a drink and a bite to eat.
