BLOOD ORANGE SHERBET COCKTAIL
A super simple cocktail for the sweet tooths out there. Featuring our Budburst Gin combined with Elderflower Cordial and Blood Orange Soda, this cocktail creates an ultra-delicious boozy Orange Sherbet taste. The perfect balance of tangy with a creamy smoothness. Top it off with a dehydrated blood orange wheel, or even an orange sherbet or two!

PREP TIME: 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 30 ml of Budburst Gin
- 10 ml of Elderflower Cordial or Elderflower Liqueur
- 90 ml of Blood Orange Soda
- Blood Orange wheel to garnish
Instructions
- Firstly fill your glass with ice.
- Then pour Budburst Gin & Elderflower Cordial or Elderflower Liqueur into glass.
- Top with Blood Orange Soda (be sure to gently give it a roll first to mix in any sediment that may have settled at the bottom, this is where all the delicious flavour is!).
- Lastly, stir it all together, garnish with a Blood Orange wheel and enjoy!
