BUDBURST ELDERFLOWER GIN SPRITZ
Our take on the delightfully refreshing Hugo Cocktail, the Budburst Elderflower Gin Spritz, may indeed just be the definition of refreshing! Made with our Budburst Gin for a floral, fruity and delicious flavour, this gin spritz cocktail is made for warm summer evenings.The delicate floral of the elderflower cordial and the bubbly Prosecco pair to perfection with our Budburst Gin; together with the mint and lime, it tops it off to create a zesty and fresh cocktail. It’s an absolute must-try Elderflower Gin Cocktail!

Ingredients
- Small handful of mint leaves
- 20 mL Elderflower cordial
- 20 mL Budburst Gin
- 25 mL Soda water
- 120 mL Prosecco
- Ice
- Lime wheel to garnish
Instructions
- Firstly scrunch the mint in your hands to lightly bruise it, and put it in the bottom of a large wine glass.
- Then pour over elderflower cordial and Budburst Gin.
- Fill glass with ice and pour over the soda water and prosecco.
- Then stir gently to combine.
- Lastly, garnish with a lime wheel.
