- 20 ml of Green Chartreuse
- 20 ml of Australian Garden Gin
- 20 ml of quality Sweet Vermouth
- Dash of orange bitters
- Maraschino Cherry and an orange twist to garnish
- Firstly add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Then stir smoothly until you achieve the desired dilution and it has all of the flavour but none of the alcohol burn.
- Lastly, pour into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange twist.
