- 30 ml of Australian Garden Gin
- 25 ml of Dark Spiced Rum
- 30 ml of Coco Real Cream of Coconut
- 15 ml of Lime Juice
- 10 ml or Orgeat
- 100 ml of Pineapple Juice
- Fresh or dehydrated pineapple and a pineapple leaf to garnish
- Firstly shake all ingredients over ice.
- Then pour into a tall glass without straining.
- Lastly, garnish with fresh or dehydrated pineapple and a pineapple leaf.
