Gin Raspberry Lemon Sour

The bittersweetness of Limoncello is combined with tart lemon juice, sweet raspberry and smooth egg whites to produce this Gin Raspberry Lemon Sour. It's a delightfully refreshing fusion of tangy Limoncello and the smooth citrus botanicals of our Australian Garden Gin.
The result is a delicious cocktail filled with a freshness that brings the flavours of summer to any season. It's perfect for any occasion, from hosting a party to unwinding after a long day. 
If you prefer a sweeter version of the drink, dial back the Limoncello and crank up the simple syrup or add an extra raspberry or two!

  • 30 mls Australian Garden Gin
  • 30 mls Limoncello
  • 2 Raspberries
  • 15 mls Lemon Juice
  • 15 mls Simple syrup
  • 30 mls Egg White/Aquafaba or 10ml of Wonderfoam
  • Dehydrated lemon wheel and fresh raspberry to garnish.


  • First add Australian Garden Gin, Limoncello, Raspberries, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White/Aquafaba to a shaker.
  • Dry shake for 15-20 seconds.
  • Then add ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
  • Double strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Lastly, garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a fresh raspberry. Enjoy!
