Gin Raspberry Lemonade
- 45 mls Australian Garden Gin
- 30 mls Limoncello
- 30 mls Lemon Juice
- 15 mls Simple Syrup
- 3 Fresh Raspberries
- Fever-Tree Soda Water
- Lemon wheel, raspberry and a sprig of mint to garnish
- First add Australian Garden Gin, Limoncello, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and fresh raspberries to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and fresh lemon wheels.
- Then top with Fever-Tree Soda Water.
- Lastly, garnish with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of mint.
