Our Miss Maple Gin Liqueur creates a caramelised flavour that pairs perfectly with the apple, cinnamon & nutmeg. And the addition of egg whites adds a creaminess, just like a scoop of ice cream! Enjoy this Maple Apple Pie Sour Cocktail garnished with a cinnamon stick and dehydrated apple slice.

Ingredients
- 60 mls Miss Maple Gin Liqueur
- 10 mls Lemon Juice
- 15 mls Canadian Maple Syrup
- 60 mls Freshly pressed quality Apple Juice
- 30 mls Egg White/Aquafaba or 10ml of Wonderfoam
- Dash of Cinnamon & Nutmeg
- Cinnamon stick and crisp apple slice to garnish
Instructions
- First add Miss Maple Gin Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, Apple Juice, Egg White, Cinnamon & Nutmeg to a shaker and dry shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Then add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple slice.
