Apple Pie in a cocktail? Yes, please! This cocktail is the perfect sweet indulgence, full of all the flavours of a classic Apple Pie! 
Our Miss Maple Gin Liqueur creates a caramelised flavour that pairs perfectly with the apple, cinnamon & nutmeg. And the addition of egg whites adds a creaminess, just like a scoop of ice cream! 
Enjoy this Maple Apple Pie Sour Cocktail garnished with a cinnamon stick and dehydrated apple slice.

  • 60 mls Miss Maple Gin Liqueur
  • 10 mls Lemon Juice
  • 15 mls Canadian Maple Syrup
  • 60 mls Freshly pressed quality Apple Juice
  • 30 mls Egg White/Aquafaba or 10ml of Wonderfoam
  • Dash of Cinnamon & Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick and crisp apple slice to garnish


  • First add Miss Maple Gin Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, Apple Juice, Egg White, Cinnamon & Nutmeg to a shaker and dry shake for 15-20 seconds.
  • Then add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Double strain into a coupe.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple slice.
