Jasmine Cocktail

This is a drink that truly lets the gin do the talking. Bitter, tart, and strong. The Jasmine Cocktail combines our Generations Gin with a zesty and bitter orange flavour.

Ingredients

45 mls Generations Gin
7.5 mls Triple Sec/Cointreau
7.5 mls Campari
22.5 mls Lemon Juice
Lemon Peel twist to garnish

Instructions

First, add Generations Gin, Triple Sec, Campari and Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Double strain into a coupe.
Lastly, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!*

Notes

*To make the perfect lemon twist use a peeler to peel a wide bit of lemon peel. Cut all the edges straight to get a skinny rectangle. Twist the peel around a bar spoon and apply pressure until it starts to hold its twist shape.
