SHIRAZ GIN SPRITZ
Meet the Barossa Shiraz Gin Spritz, the vibrant spritz you didn’t know you needed. Using our Barossa Shiraz Gin, this spritz is the perfect balance of Gin, Aperol and Prosecco for a pleasantly citrus berry flavour with a touch of bitterness. Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated orange wheel for some extra zest.

Ingredients
- 90 mls of Prosecco
- 45 mls of Aperol
- 15 mls Barossa Shiraz Gin
- 30 mls of Soda
- Ice
Instructions
- Firstly fill a white wine glass with ice.
- Then pour in Prosecco, Aperol, Barossa Shiraz Gin and top with soda.
- Lastly, garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel, stir and enjoy!
