BLOODY MARY
Known as the universal hangover cure, the Bloody Mary cocktail’s spicy, salty, and savoury taste makes it a go-to for brunch or afternoon gatherings.Due to its supposed restorative powers, we know you’ll find it hard to stop at one, which is why this recipe using our Barossa Vodka makes a whole litre of tomatoey goodness. Ingredients
- 250 ml Barossa Vodka
- 640 ml Tomato Juice
- 60 ml of lemon juice
- 25 ml of olive brine
- 8 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 dashes of Tabasco
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Firstly fill a large jug with ice.
- Then add Barossa Vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, olive brine, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper to a jug and stir well.
- Lastly, pour into glasses and garnish with lemon, olives, or your favourite savoury garnish of choice!
