Bloody Mary

Known as the universal hangover cure, the Bloody Mary cocktail’s spicy, salty, and savoury taste should make it a go-to for brunch or afternoon gatherings during the festive season.

Due to its restorative powers, we know you’ll find it hard to stop at one, which is why this recipe makes a whole litre of tomatoey goodness.

  • Serves 6 People


  • 250ml Barossa Vodka
  • 640ml Tomato Juice
  • 60ml of lemon juice
  • 25ml of olive brine
  • 8 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. Firstly fill a large jug with ice.
  2. Then add Barossa Vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, olive brine, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper to a jug and stir well.
  3. Lastly, pour into glasses and garnish with celery and olives, or your favourite savoury garnish of choice!
