MISS MAPLE GIN FLIP
- 60 mL Miss Maple Gin Liqueur
- 1 whole egg
- 15 mL Maple Syrup, or to taste.
- 15 mL double cream
- Ground nutmeg for garnish
- Dry shake all ingredients until well combined.
- Add ice and continue to shake until ingredients are nicely chilled.
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish with ground nutmeg.
