Miss Maple Gin Flip

- Serves 1 Person
- 60mL Miss Maple Gin Liqueur
- 1 whole egg
- 15mL Maple Syrup (or to taste)
- 15mL double cream
- Ground nutmeg for garnish
- Dry shake all ingredients until well combined.
- Add ice and continue to shake until ingredients are nicely chilled.
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish with ground nutmeg.
