Ingredients
- 45 mls Generations Gin
- 60 mls Pineapple Juice
- Fever-Tree Ginger Beer to top
- Sprig of Thyme to garnish
- Slice of pineapple to garnish
Instructions
- First, add Generations Gin and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 5-10 seconds.
- Then, pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.
- Lastly, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a fresh sprig of thyme. Enjoy!
