Harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes are gently infused with our classic botanical distillate, creating a spirit of remarkable depth, structure and silk-like texture. Tasting Experience
Aroma
Opulent red berries, dark plum and lifted citrus rise from the glass, layered with juniper and subtle warm spice. Rich, vibrant and unmistakably Barossa.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied. Concentrated red fruit glides across the palate, supported by fine tannins and bright citral acidity. Juniper and coriander provide structure, while earthy wormwood and warming spice add complexity and balance.

Long, refined and lingering — a seamless harmony of jammy Shiraz fruit and savoury botanicals
Produced in small quantities during the annual Shiraz harvest, each release reflects the unique character of that vintage. Once sold out, it will not be made again until the following year.
