Every year we take on the intricate process of producing our Barossa Shiraz Gin. Spanning over 10 weeks, we transform the super-intense Shiraz grapes revered across the globe and our award-winning Generations Gin into our sought-after Shiraz Gin.
It’s small-scale, hands-on and time-consuming, but we love it. And most importantly, the results speak for themselves.
